Weaving Manufacturing

New generation, high technology preparatory advanced Air Jet, Rapier, Sulzer Weaving machines to weave over 6 million meters per annum of most complex woven/ dobby designs is our major strength. We can handle a diverse range of woven fabrics from yarn counts between fine counts 10s, 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, 80s, & 2/10s, 2/20s, 2/30s, 2/40s, 2/60s, 2/80s, 2/100s and 2/120s in 6 to 8 colored weft patterns.

Having tie up with 48 Looms and 120 contracted looms (Airjet and Rapier) for job work – prodn capacity – 3.5 to 4 lakhs mtrs per month.

Dyeing & Sizing Unit (contract):

We are having 4 contract dyeing Units with vessel capacity of 1 ton, 500 Kgs, 250 Kgs and also sample vessels having production capacity 3 to 6 tons per day.

Also we have 2 contract based new improved own beam to beam sizing unit having production capacity 1 to 1.5 lakhs mtrs per day.

Processing

Sanforising, Brushing, Peach Finishing, Chamber Stenter, Soaper M/C.

Special Finish

Special finishing also doing like wrinkle free, wicking, UPF etc,.
